In a leadership circle, small groups work through real-life scenarios and role plays based on situations managers actually face. They try things out, get honest feedback from peers, and talk through what worked and what didn't. Our facilitators are psychologists, so the room stays safe enough for people to try something new and get it wrong.

Everyone leaves with a few practical things they can use in their next one-on-one.
