Mosaic Art

People sort, place and set small tile pieces into their own design. It needs patience and attention, and the room gets calm in a really good way. There's an easy metaphor in it for teams, and we sometimes lean into it.

Good for team bonding, after a reorg, or any time a group needs to slow down together.
