Storytelling Session

You can sit next to someone for a year and never really know them. A storytelling session fixes that, gently.

We guide people through prompts that bring out small, real stories: a first job, a turning point, something they're proud of. People share in pairs first and then, if they want to, with the group. There's no pressure to be a great speaker, just to be honest.
